I'd wish it didn't say "Saving Settings" when turning off the pc.
As much as I fiddle around and making mistakes I'd rather the OLDER
setting be retained instead of overwriting them with the mistakes I've
made during a session.

Nope!, Hibernate writes everything to the HDD and turns the box OFF.
After POST I still have to Log On to the account I want to use.
But I get to Log On much sooner, than being scanned by MS's Cyborg.
