I have a history with a few people involved in the investing company, but I
don't really know if that's good or bad. It could mean that I'm easier to
screw over because I trust them too much, but I'm really hoping it means
that they will be a bit gentler on me than they'd be with a complete
stranger. I'm sort of counting on my business being such peanuts to them (I
know some other business they're involved in, and it's easily 100 times
bigger stuff) that they wouldn't bother "just for the money"
which obviously is the only reason for someone to invest money but still...

Oh well, today I'm supposed to give their team a presentation (for which I
am quite unprepared), so at least I won't have too much time to ponder
about things ;-)
