That was the first thing that I was thinking, I've seen a few people
basically lose everything they've done over a paragraph in page 72 in some
contract saying "...and all other IP produced by the company or the
owners of the company...". Not many software-business-knowledgeable
lawyers around here, but I think I can "borrow" one from a
company I used to work in, at least to get him to help me pick a good
lawyer. Thanks.
