a) Always read Annual Reports from the back with a reverse Polish notation
financial calculator to hand.  An HP-12C will do at a pinch, but an HP-41CV
is better.  Read and understand the footnotes before reading _ANYTHING_
else.

b) Find the deferred revenue account and its siblings.
