Bush and the White House are in the largest criminal enterprise in the
history of the world.

Texas 5 Border Patrol Agent Gary Brugman, was the 1st case of seditious
organized criminal conspiracy to prosecute innocent lawmen for illegal gain
based on alleged criminal civil rights violations of criminal illegal alien
invaders, drug and human traffickers.

Attorney General Alberto Gonzales: testified habeas corpus -- the right to
go to federal court and challenge one's imprisonment -- is not protected by
the Constitution.

The latest victim of the Bushite Coup criminal organization designed to
provide illegal profits to organized crime co conspirators violating
American law is Deputy Gilmer Hernandez. He was illegally prosecuted by the
Bushite Coup and convicted on March 19, 2007. During his trial illegal
alien convicts testified the Mexican Consulate helped them in the illegal
alien invasion scheme by providing names of criminal organizations that
were reaping profits from this illegal activity by providing them jobs.

United States law enforcement officers routinely engage in gun battles with
Mexican authorities who are aiding and abetting organized criminal
operations along the border, while the Mexican Consulate acts as a fifth
column in the United States to help the Bushite Coup promote take over of
American Sovereignty with population politics.

International law establishes: ¡$The United States as a sovereign,
independent state is affected by legal principles contained in fundamental
legal constructs. For its foreign policy to function the United States must
be diplomatically recognized by other governments. The United States has
the rights, inter alia, to recognize other states and to secure its
national territorial integrity, sovereignty, and independence, by forcible
self-defense if necessary.¡"

The Vienna Convention on Consular Relations provides for consulate offices
to aid nationals of their country as long as they don¡|t interfere in the
internal affairs of the host country. Consular agent illegal acts, in
violation of the host country¡|s laws, are not considered a part of
consular responsibilities. Lobbying host legislative bodies is not a
defined consular function. Those acts are considered hostile and grounds
for removal of the consulate office and declaration of a state of war under
international law.

Article 5 Consular Functions includes in subsection m. (m) performing any
other functions entrusted to a consular post by the sending State which are
not prohibited by the laws and regulations of the receiving State or to
which no objection is taken by the receiving State or which are referred to
in the international agreements in force between the sending State and the
receiving State.

nation, invasion of another nation may all be events and occurrences giving
rise to or justifying war. All have occurred between Mexico and the United

The United States is engaged in a terrorist war. Mexico is permitting
terrorist Hezbollah agents to cross our border in addition to seditionist
Mexican nationals who demand a return of Aztlan.

The Bushite Coup and criminal co conspirators devised an organized criminal
scheme to induce millions of illegal alien invaders to come to America;
delay immigration law enforcement and then wait even longer and report it
would be inhumane to require compliance with the 1996 and 1998 Immigration
Laws because it would require deporting ¡$good hard workers who did work
Americans would not do.¡" They wanted to provide cheap labor for
criminal organizations who violate American law and profit from it.

In order to succeed in the lie they had to continue the plan to prevent law
enforcement by American enforcement officers on both the borders and in the
interior. The longer the delay, the more money could be made by criminal
organizations that conspired to openly hire illegal alien invaders with the
help of the US, state and local governments in collusion with the Mexican
Consulate office, Chamber of Commerce and hordes of open borders advocates
along with others including churches that provided a steady stream of
illegal workers. The Bushite Coup was rewarded with millions in campaign
contributions from the criminal organizations who made billions from their
ill gotten gains. President Bush takes the position that he can interpret
the laws and do as he chooses until the Supreme Court rules he is doing
wrong.


John Elwood, Deputy Assistant Attorney General ¡$The president has to
comply with Federal Law only if the Supreme Court has ruled.¡" (He can
choose to not comply if he interprets the law differently than it is
written until the Supreme Court Tells Him to Comply.)

It appears George W. is suggesting he could walk up and start shooting us
at will unless the Supreme Court has ruled specifically against
presidential authority to kill at will.

The Federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO)
originally used to prosecute organized crime, allows authorities to seize
assets of businesses engaged in racketeering, the practice of using an
organization to obtain money illegally or to intimidate people.
Racketeering is a crime committed by setting up an "enterprise"
or scheme to profit from the illegal activities of others.

It also lets victims of racketeering file civil lawsuits against
perpetrators, and permits assets recovery from any ill-gotten gains by
people seeking money illegally or engaged in other illegal acts. The RICO
ACT appears to have common elements with the 1996 and 1998 amendments to
the last ¡$Comprehensive Immigration¡" legislation and both appear to
be appropriate pieces of legislation for attacking the government organized
criminal conspiracy to violate American Federal Law and constitutional
provisions for the purpose of obtaining money and intimidating people.

Laws provide for criminal and civil forfeiture of property used in the
crime or derived from the criminal activity. Civil forfeiture deals with
property involved in a racketeering enterprise, independent of any criminal
proceedings. It is not dependent upon the conviction of the property
owner(s) and requires proof only by the preponderance of evidence before a
judge -- not a jury.

SAVE AMERICA FROM CIVIL WAR.

The Bushite Coup is above the law, a modern day Mafia, perfect example of a
criminal organization or business engaged in racketeering, using an
organization to obtain money and benefits illegally and intimidating police
officers. Bushites violate rule of law and hide their illegal acts in a
cloak of secrecy avoiding judicial proceedings against them at all costs.
They will pay any price to gain power over their illegal enterprises.

They respond only to criminal corporate bosses and illegal alien invader
employers who are also obvious racketeering organizations. They live lives
of lies and cover ups to protect their illegal enterprises.

Current law makers have been involved in one ¡$comprehensive immigration
legislative scheme¡" after another. All have the ultimate objective of
eliminating American national sovereignty and American borders, creating a
new entity under control and jurisdiction of international corporations.
Each new bit of legislation has been planned to permit population politics
whereby they allow excessive numbers of people into the country of
different cultures and political persuasion to undermine nation states and
their body politic. These tactics are as old as Rome and before.

Common elements of each prior scheme include measures for providing
infinitely increased levels of workers at rates higher than any other
nation in the world to compete for American jobs and reduce American wages
Bushite Coup Co Conspirators report are too high.

¡E Alan Greenspan, former Federal Reserve Chairman: "Allowing more skilled
(immigrant) workers into the country would bring down United States
salaries of top earners, easing tensions over the mounting wage gap¡K If we
open up a significant window for skilled (immigrant) workers that would
suppress the skilled-wage level and end concentration of income."

This paradoxical statement comes on the heels of recognition by the same
group of wealthy elite that control the Bushite Coup Co Conspirators that
corporate profits have never been higher in the history of the country.

well over 8% are just about the highest in the history of the United States
and return on tangible equity of major American corporations are also at
about the highest in history. So if something is wrong with the system, it

cannot be regarded as a broken capitalistic system".

Record corporate profits are not an issue, nor are wages; the Bushite Coup
Coconspirators need to destroy the American middle class to accomplish one
world global government objectives. Eliminate the middle class and they
eliminate any forceful resistance to their ultimate take over of the
country. Reports that do not reflect that reality are propaganda and can
not be believed no matter how hard you may want to.
