I mentioned this problem long long ago and just recently. Each
time I do there is a feeding frenzy with my corpse as the main
course. BW zealots insist it is THE solution to the Y2K issues
and I quit using BW because of it (the patch). 

Lost too many messages each time I would forget about the
glitch. 

MM will reopen REP packets without trashing them btw. I did not
add that function to ATP and just use MM when I need to add to
a REP packet.
