you have to first get it into a format that google or babelfish can
understand... the CHM file is not likely to be that... then converting the
file from chm to html may be possible... the problem then is the
limitations on the size of what can be translated... i believe i was using
babelfish for most all of what i have because the google translator either
didn't exist or it was very poor... in either case, i was having to copy a
paragraph at a time from the html sources and then copy the translation
back replacing the original... it is a tedious job at minimum...
