Given that Ward has started cross-posting all ZCC messages to the ZCC-PUBLIC ¨without asking, or even informing, any of us, my request for discussion on ¨the status of this echo is now obviously moot. Rather than having yet another echo to read, I would like to suggest that ¨the ZCC echo be made publically readable by all. That would mean that the ¨ZCC-PUBLIC echo would not be required and be one less echo for us to keep up ¨with. Any discussion on ZCC and IC matters can take place in the existing IC ¨echo. I realise that you can never make a read-only echo totally secure against ¨outside posters but I am sure it will be secure enough to be workable. Any disagreement with that position?
