Thanks so much for the response to my problem.  I couldn't believe what
you told me!  I had been in that mode several times and never saw the
function key to change directory settings.  Guess its time to get my
eyes examined.
Anyhow, the Host mode works just fine now, and I'm most appreciative of
your assistance.  Do have a wonderful New Years!!!
