HUH?????  (BTW, it's spelled "brakes") I'd suggest you look on ANY road bike. 
Sure, mtn. bikes and *some* touring bikes have cantilever brakes, but by and 
large, road bikes ALL have calipers on them. Shimano and Campagnolo, as well 
as Mavic, sell loads of caliper brakesets. Watch the Tour de France coverage 
on TV, and pay attention to the brakes on those bikes
