Do you have any proof that the Bush administration encouraged prosecutors
to fabricate evidence. If not you're blowing smoke.
Some police officers and prosecutors fabricate evidence and commit other
wrongful acts in order to "win" because they convince themselves
the person is guilty and "winning" is more important to them than
following the rules. This has happened for decades and centuries inside and
outside this country. Its not new, and its wholly unrelated to the Bush
Administration or its policies with regard to Terrorist Surveillance
Programs.
