(3711-PS) is sworn to by Wilhelm Scheidt, a retired captain of the German
Army who worked in the War History Section of OKW from 1941 to 1945:"

resulted in Draconian laws being issued by Hitler for its conduct. These

& that's just the eastern front. Then there was the balkans, the low
countries, France etc.

Heck the UK has been fighting "illegal combatants" from London to
Malaya from 45 till....ohhh right we still are....

Imagine all those bloody Poles engaging in illegal combatant behaviour 60
years before in Warsaw. Thank God they were rightly suppressed by the SS
& other forces of law & order. OK so warsaw was nearly levelled but
hey that's colateral damage for you.
