Your modem is at fault, This model is a clone of a USRobotics Sportster (the

model that also has exactly the same problems)



This problem can be fixed (with a newer version of the Rom code) but I

dont think that Dynalink are doing anything about it. (If you had the

USR Sportster, they have a fix available as we speak)



I suggest all you Dynalink owners out there do a bulk return to the

steps of Askey Australia, & demand a refund (or a ROM upgrade)..PRONTO
