Gitmo proves that the "laws and customs" of war are indeed both
fictional and mutable and that they are whatever the side with the most
armed might says they are at the time.

Hell, the president himself says that the war on terror has given him
superconstitutional powers to decide what those "laws and
customs" might be.  I know you agree with him, so you can't expect me
to believe that you are a supporter of international treaties and
agreements w/r/t treatment of the enemy.
