No, you reserved the right to make *your* messages public via the
ZCC-PUBLIC ¨echo. You stated in your announcement of its creation that
"Messages not ¨originating at my keyboard are, of course, not
crossposted." I don't recall ¨you ever asking our permission to start
posting all ZCC messages.
