discuss the primary purpose behind my visit, your case fits well into

This is what I meant by not losing sight of the short term goal. Your
efforts on behalf of others are worthy of recognition, but you may
consider placing on the back burner some of your activities to answer
this key question.  They must be presented with everything that could
possibly benefit her case.
To answer your other question, I had subscribed to WITCHHNT prior to
moving in October, but I have yet to find a local Internet provider.
I'm trying to stir up local interest in a FreeNet, as one does exist
in Central Virginia.  This would allow for tremendous flexibility in
terms of being able to place all of the information I have so far
collected on the Web.  ;)
