subject: arrow key response

PM> Under QModem Pro for DOS you can configure the arrow keys to mean
PM> anything you want them to mean. Use Alt-J. There may be a VT100.KEY or
PM> VT102.KEY file that comes with QMPro in which case you can load it in
PM> with ALT-J ALT-L. For my arrow keys (which work poifectly!!) I have
PM> ^[[A for UP, ^[[B for down, ^[[D for left and ^[[C for right.
With a little bit of luck, stemming from some earlier advice, I found
that my settings should be ^[OA for UP, ^[OB for down, ^[OD for left and
^[OC for right (these were the settings that Qmodem used for the control
key in combination with the arrow keys). BTW, in the Windows 95
version, the settings are accessed through
"tools/options/emulation(name)/properties/keyboard". Everything is
working fine now! Thanks for the mail.
All the best in the new year!
Regards, Percy
