I just upgraded my computer from a 386 DX40 to a 486DX4/100.
I'm now having major problems..

there's a good example (that's someone downloading right now). Notice the 
high transfer rate? This is a 26,400 bps connection.
Any ideas what could be causing this? I had another user upload something 
earlier and it was up to 320 or something errors before it was done.
I haven't changed software or anything, just the motherboard. I'm running 
os/2 warp 3.0. 8 megs memory (that was upgraded from 30-pin simms to 60ns 
72-pin simms)
right now it's down to 44 cps... PLEASE HELP!! =/
