I've already asked as to why it's setting my TZUTC kludge to 0000, since
Golded appended the correct one. I've looked over Sync's configuration a
few times now, and don't see anything about a TZUTC kludge, unfortunately.
I'll just have to be patient on that the answer to this one. :(

Thanks for the assistance and posting of my control lines though, it's been
a big help in tweaking this software to my liking.
