How are these alleged criminal actions by two individuals got anything to
do with President Bush and allegations that President Bush is impinging the
bill of rights for citizens.

Answer:  None, Nada, Zippo.  Find a presidential order telling these two
guys to do what they did otherwise its just two guys lying to get a
conviction.  Not the first time its happened.  Its happened for decades and
centuries in every country on the face of the earth.
