I'd assume that would be the easiest thing to use to do this.  MBSE has an 
external utility, mbmsg, that allows me to post text files into netmail or 
echomail in my BBS' message base.  I used to use one extensively under OS/2 
(and its name escapes me now) for decades.

I know time is precious so it's a "round-tuit" thing. :)
