Neither am I, although GaryW and Mark seem to think that I am.
I am saying that the "laws and customs of war", which George was
using to justify treatment of captives, do not exist except as polite
fictions.
Hiroshima was a perfect example of the niceties being discarded based on
the needs of the moment.
