I am curious to read if there have been any studies done to determine
the long range impact of a child testifying in court for sexual/physical
abuse. In particular the comparison of how well children recover if
they do testify against their abuser, or if they do not testify (for
various reasons).
If anyone has such a file online or can recommend a book which covers
this topic I would appreciate it.
