Everyone,

I have compiled AMail 2.03a with Watcom C++.  This took a good portion of a
day to convert some of the old code to be more compliant with some standards
and use more DOS compiler friendly functions.  I sent Larry the latest binary
for testing, if he has no or little problems (aside from those already
reported).. I'll be able to go ahead with the changes needed for large message
handling.  Sorry for the delays, this is the busy time of the year :)
