I Just wanted to tell you that you were right! I first of all put an instance
of textpad into my C:\batch directory, which is on my path for obvious reasons,
and multimail found it without any problems. So I then created a new directory
called C:\tp and put textpad and all its paraphanalia (dictionaries, help files
and so on) there. Multimail has no trouble at all talking to it. Hooray!!!

 That's exactly what I found.

Guru or not you solved it for me. Thanks so much. By the way, I heard the news
from Ruth on "cooking". I couldn't write without letting you know
that we're
thinking of you and the family.

All the Best
