subject: E11F problem

Allan,
I would appreciate your prompt advice why my E11F modem (purchased from
MPCUG) needs sometimes 50 or more attempts ended with expensive NO CARRIER
message to connect to MPCUG's Internet Service. My other modem M7F connects
without any problems using the same phone line and computer with 16550
installed.
Regards,
Les Pach
