Well, you see, I DID have horse property - it was in an older
neighborhood and when the freeway went through, the neighborhood took a turn
for the worse. It got scarey so I moved out. And after getting up early
every day for YEARS and feeding the horses and dealing with flies, etc., it
became a LUXURY to board them out for - Jeez, has it been THAT long? Anyway,
there are some properties that are irrigated, with acreage, with homes that
are (to look at them) under 10 years old, at prices we can easily afford,
'specially if I'm not giving Lori $400+ a month to board my three.
It'll be kinda nice having them at the house. Guess I've missed it more
than I knew. But it's been nice living in what my shoer calls a "white bread
neighborhood," and that kinda neighborhood WITH horse privileges in Phoenix
starts at about $250,000 a house. I like having money left over after I make
a house payment...
