Well, I was kind of hoping that I'd get a better answer than that but since 
you bring up the point of choice, you do have choices, you can stop using 
three way calling, you can switch carriers not that that will help but if 
enough people do it, it may send a message, you can call up and complain and 
if you think you have a good case you can take them to court. If you're 
talking with someone on a LL phone, you could have them put the 3 way call 
thru.
