I do agree with you in some ways but what I am trying to say is that 
everything that she is giving is available under the freedom of information 
act.Until the government changes that which is very doubtful then why not use 
it to your benefit.It is amazing you can look up tax records at your local 
library and even get a copy of your neighbors water bill and see who is the 
name that it is under just by askingthe person behind the counter.That is the 
right of the people that was given to us it is not deemed as classified 
material.I can see where hospital records and adoption records are sealed 
that gives a blanket of security by why then do they give out non ID info it 
is amazing what you can get from that whith just a little work at the local 
library.Phone numbers are the same way you can find out who the service is 
issued to and how long it has been in service and the address just by going 
to the local library.I am not trying to tell you your job or anything like 
that it is just that she is telling you everything that is totally legal to 
do you may not agree with it but that is your opinion and I value that.But to 
me it sounds like you are trying to moderate something that I as a citizen 
have a legal right to as well as everyone else in the USA has a legal right 
to have.You can run into blockades though with this information depending on 
the jurisdiction that you are in they might have ordinances that will not let 
you have this info on a local level but state does overwrite the local 
ordinances in some cases (YOU NEVER KNOW UNLESS YOU TRY) Don't go in with a 
bull headed attitude because that never works.I personally have found 
blockades in my search but that is the breaks and it I have found different 
angles to approach to help in my search.Well I would like to continue this
