I've been reading the brothers since forever and they've been quite good
throughout, they seem to be optimistic overall, but they're not afraid to
express doubts and worries either. When I first started reading I had my
doubts they were for real, well that's too strong a characterization, I
acknowledged to myself that there's probably no way to know, but their
viewpoints were interesting reading just the same, so I didn't worry about
it.

I remembered when this thread arose that they'd been proven for real some
time back but hadn't saved the links (I get weary re-proving things when
the truth goes down a convenient wormhole and the same arguments get
replayed).
