From: "Gary Britt"
There is no difference between you getting money from your client and then
giving it versus you cutting out the middle man and just directing your
client where to give the money directly. You can't be that stupid to
seriously maintain there is a difference.
Also, I'm still waiting for some criminal violation to be found in all this
giving. So far its seems clear Abramhoff was a person of low moral
standards on occasion. He is charged with plain old fraud for millions
against a bank. That doesn't have anything to do with making illegal
contributions to any law maker.
Harry Reid was a big beneficiary of Abramhoff cash. It went to many democraps.
I don't hate democraps. Hate implies an irrational dislike. My dislike
and disdain for the far left wing power mad national democrapic leadership
pretending to be that which they know they are not is quite rationally
based. They are fundamentally dishonest at their cores, because before
they open their mouths they do so from a point of view designed and
intended to hide who they really are, hide what they really believe, and to
harm the country as a whole all just so they can have the power and money
they could not otherwise earn based upon their own skills, industry, and
talent for anything other than lying and buying votes with other people's
money. They preach rules for others they do not wish applied to
themselves. They preach the politics of theft, greed, and envy. They rule
by seeking to bring out the worst qualities in every person to be
manipulated for their own power and personal wealth. They are quite happy
to advocate and work for the destruction of our country, its culture, and
its beliefs if by so doing they can attain or maintain power. They do all
these things intentionally, knowingly, and with malice towards all but
their own selfish desires.
Other than that I think they are really peachy.
