Indeed. Which is why the Belarus & Ukrainians are so helpfull. They've
had mirv tech for quite some time now however neither country is investing
in ballistic missile warheads so were one to be a warhead designer &
the other option was to be cleaning toilets for a few rubles a month
then....well it's nice & warm & I'm sure a blind eye is turned to
any vodka.
