Sure Paul, but it will have to wait for the weekend.  I'm still at work
from 2000 to 2100 UTC. :-)  Do you think this is one of the HMF-##
Korean Central News Agency stations out of Pyongyang?  I monitor them
from time to time just for a laugh.  Their propaganda is SO obvious and
even childish, it's a joke. :-)  And yes, they put one hell of a signal
into the West coast.  The 13580, 11476, 11430 and 10580 freqs can get up
to S9+ on a regular basis.
