He not only won't be convicted, I doubt Earle really takes it to trial.
He's as likely as not to drop these phony charges before trial starts or
before he puts on his first witness.

He has no case.  He and the MSM have won the battle in that they have
gotten rid of a very effective repbulican who will be shown to have done
absolutely nothing wrong.

It came out last week that Abramhoff had NOTHING on delay and could tell
the prosecutors NOTHING bad about Delay.

This is really scummy what's happened to Delay based on nothing but lies
and the misconduct of a highly politicized county DA.   Its Earle that
needs to
be facing criminal charges in my opinion.
