1. It is not enough information for localize bug.

2. I can't reproduce this on:
hpt 1.2.1-stable/w32 (cvs date is 26-11-02)
hpt/w32-mgw 1.3.0-current 05-12-02

May be bug in your message editor or other (netmail) tool?
