Which doesnt make encoding files within Fidonet messages anymore acceptable
in echoes other than those where such are allowed or encouraged.

The fact that it can means it is equipped to do so, now can you say the
same for a DOS offline reader?

On which ports either TCP or UDP can Silver Xpress listen or transmit on?
