Oh it is positive
(A) It shows they are planning for the US withdrawal. Which is good as it
shows that hopefully the place may avoid the fate of Lebanon.
(B) War/political violence is a means to a political end. One of the main
jobs as a group like this gets organized is to remove those who are just in
it for the fight. Send em to he front in increasingly dangerous operations.
E.g. the horror of lebanon was that the whole process was dominated by
those who simply were in it for the fight for many years.
