Er..OS/2 just looks for SYSLEVEL.OS2 when upgrading..

I had to reinstall v3.0 from floppies once (the Upgrade) onto a clean HDD
and it worked fine. I have since done it with the CD version too. I don't
understand why you have to install v2.1 first..

ANyway, to try to get around it, you can just have your SYSLEVEL.OS2
from v2.1 in a directory named \OS2\INSTALL without any of the rest
of v2.1 installed, and it (v3.0) should install fine.
