subject: Fastecho Stat

So I'm using fastecho stat -rs each night to generate an accurate stats
report for the last 24 hours but in doing so it (obviously) nukes and resets
the database thereby killing my ability to use the same tool to generate
monthly stats. Hmmm... seems I can't have it both ways.

Also the reports indicate traffic into echos, but only one echoarea a NZ stats
echo is showing posts going to downlinks when I know full well there are a
number of echoareas downlinks are being sent each day. This is borne out by
the fact that the system stats show data being sent to downlinks.

Strange this is not being reflected in the echoarea stats.
