There was one I had a look at years ago (seven!) that seemed promising,
called: "DeEnesse DNS Server Suite for Windows".  I didn't
persist with it, and in fact deleted the original installer package, but I
did keep the help file as it contains a good backgroud to DNS operation and
it has the identification details for the package.

Caveat emptor.  It was shareware then but I don't know if it's still registerable.
