Until that moment, I hadn't seen or heard one before either, and I
pronounce it the way that you mentioned above, which seems to be the
correct way.. some try to call it like hard wood TEAK, but that doesn't
seem to be anyone but the uninformed.
Regardless, those speakers have certainly been worth far more than I
paid for them.
