Under any NT OS, that would be:

Windows NT 3.x
Windows 2000
Windows 2000 Server
Windows XP (Home/Pro)
Windows 2003 Server
Windows Vista (Any Flavour)
Windows 2008

DOS does not run natively, it is **EMULATED**

While a fair amount of DOS programs will run in this environment, if the
program is written in such a way as to try to control any hardware, NO CAN
DO, ITS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. Unless it makes calls to the OS to do so.

There will be other considerations, such as a apps ability to deal with
long file names, directory names with spaces etc.
