Hamas-led Palestinian government if Hamas leaders request it.

"Abu Zuhri said Hamas leaders also held talks in Gaza two weeks ago
with India’s representative in the Palestinian territories.

He said those talks took place at the home of senior Hamas leader Ismail

Personally I think it's healthy as to keep up the pretense that somehow the
EU, US & Russia were neutral observers etc was no longer credible. The
US & US can keep supporting their client & others can support the
PA.
