That seems to be your problem. ;)
With Volker Quetschke's help I was able to reproduce this problem. Please
try adding the following to your huskymak.cfg:

ADDCDEFS+=-U_GNU_SOURCE

This is a hack. Please report if it's working for you or not (I don't have
access to a system that shows this behaviour by default :-). The proper
solution is to change things in fastlst. We will do this, but it will take
a little time.
