Umm...I'm talking about the entire state per se. i.e. it's raison d'etre
etc.etc. The Republic of SA & a number of other colonial states were
(e.g. Rhodesia, Nyasaland etc). Rhodesia no longer exists. Noone was asked
to "recognise the existence of Rhodesia" & the UK did not try
& swamp out the place with British people etc. The South Africans did
via their bantustans etc.

Israel is the last colonial state the west created & still supports.
All the rest we left & let the people living there sort out. Rhodesia
became Zimbabwe, apartheid ended etc.etc.

Australia, New Zealand, Canada the US all managed it (the swamping of the
inhabitants) & China is doing it in the former turkic parts of the PRC
& Tibet i.e. the place can belong to a people legally when the incoming
people form a sufficient majority to supplant the previous owners.

However Israel has not managed this & once you factor in all the
Palestinians who'd like to return then it's game over.
