How? In a system (universe) that is governed by a strict set of rules, how
can there be any random anything? Are you saying E=MC2 all of the time or
just most of the time? F=MA is a physical law except on odd tuesdays? Pi is
not only infinite, it changes?

The only way what you say can exist (randomness in a closed rule based
system) is if something from outside the system can influence things within
the system. I suppose it's possible but then wouldn't that mean it's just a
bigger more complex system than we thought?
