Don't forget, a lot of EO's and legislative bills are available here.
The Executive Orders we have will be in the form of EOxxxxx.ZIP (such as 
EO12919.ZIP).  Bills will be in the form of HRxxx.ZIP (for House bills) or 
Sxxx.ZIP (for Senate bills).  We have very few "Resolutions," since they are, 
for the most part, meaningless.  Those "Resolutions" we have will be 
SRESxxxx.ZIP or HRESxxxx.ZIP.
Grab HR3355*.ZIP for the bill, as signed by Clinton, in addition to a LOT of 
the debate as it appeared in the Congressional Record.  Be aware that the 
copy of HR3355 we have is NOT the same as the August 10 version which they 
tried to tell us was the final version.
