You are splitting hairs again, I said via the internet, which is all that
needed to be implied.

Btw, Fidonet does have a file transport mechanism and it isnt done via echomail.

If I place the proper commands in a web page, I can set the web page to
display an image or even play a sound file, or at minimum I can reference
them in a hyperlink to allow a user to display or play or even download.

Fidonet messages do not have this ability.

So encode all you like, no user will be able to interact with such in the
same manner they can be via a web browser.
