Hurricanes get energy from two sources, temperature difference which causes
warm wet air to rise and the spin of the earth which is what makes it spin.

If global temperature rises you likely still have the same temperature
difference, in fact if the ice melts you may have less temperature
difference since the poles won't be white and reflecting energy and of
course the planet spins at the same rate.
