Given her track record - Margeret Hodge is the last person to give lectures
to men on ANYTHING!
What SHOULD be of concern is any lack of male doctors\surgeons. Women
doctors tend not to stay in the proffession as long (as men) and women are
not prepared to work as long or hard as men doctors. In the UK this means
much less 'bang for the buck' in terms of taxpayers cash and as the
proportion of women doctors to men doctors rises - this actually creates
shortages of doctors whilst increasing the costs the per doctor 'on the
books'.
Of course Hodge being a feminist is probably not concerned about this aspect
as these are SENIOR positions within the caring proffesions - positions that
feminists want only for women and DAMN the expense - after all it's not HER
money!
